YEAR ROUND WEEKEND ONLY CHEF - WESTCHESTER & SOUTHAMPTON
Excellent Chef required for weekend throughout the year. You will be required to dedicate yourself EVERY weekend ad this is a commitment that you will need to make toward your application for this post at the very beginning.
FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY year round in both Westchester and Southampton
Culinary schooled with excellent creative ever-changing repertoire with creative plating and souring of excellent quality ingredients...must have great experience and have a desire to keep yourself challenged by bringing inventive flavors and ingredients to each and every meal.
Eligible to work in the US
5 Years excellent experience
Must be prepared to provide beautiful plating images along with your resume
Upholding excellent recommendations/referrals from former employers
A commitment to work every weekend and the flexibility to travel between 2 locations
A broad range of suppliers, sourcing and vendors for all creative provisioning
